Our factory is equipped with a complete set of automated production machinery, including high‑speed 6/8‑color UV rotary printing presses, 8/10-color flexographic printers, digital printers, screen printers, offset printers, die‑cutting machines, slitting machines, automatic inspection machines, industrial coding equipment and in‑house plate‑making facilities. Fully‑automatic flexographic and digital printing production lines are available on‑site. We deliver sophisticated special processes such as reverse UV, hot stamping (gold/silver) and embossing. A wide range of materials including PP, PE and PET are supported for processing, and we undertake personalized custom label projects for diverse industries.

Label sampling and performance testing are available. Sample fees are negotiable, while sample shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. Sampling validates colors, craftsmanship and material performance to mitigate mass‑production risks and lay a solid foundation for bulk orders.
Upon order confirmation, we schedule production rationally and monitor all production milestones to ensure on‑time delivery.
a) Standardized Quality Management System Our standardized production workflows comply with ISO 9001. Full‑process traceability and standardized on‑site management are implemented. Continuous improvement is applied to our management system and product performance for stable production and consistent quality across batches.
b) In‑line Production Inspection Dedicated QC staff monitor key indicators such as color difference, register accuracy and ink adhesion during production to detect anomalies timely. Automated inspection equipment also identifies common defects including misalignment, ink spots and blurred prints.
c) Pre‑shipment Finished‑goods Testing Completed labels undergo final outgoing inspection covering appearance, dimension and finishing effects. Multiple performance tests such as adhesion, abrasion resistance and temperature resistance are performed. Goods can only be packed and shipped after passing inspection.
d) Fast After‑sales Resolution Should any quality issue be reported, the case will be escalated to a dedicated sales‑QC task force and factory management. Internal review and assessment across engineering, production and QC departments will be initiated within 24 hours. Analysis findings and proposed solutions will be shared with the customer within 48 hours.
